Maldives Association Persons with DisabilitiesIrshad works with Maldives Association of Persons with Disabilities (MAPD) as an advocate at the national and international levels. His advocacy work focuses on education, employment, youth with disabilities, girls and women and engaging rural communities. He oversees the youth advocacy team and is currently studying in his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
