My name is Dipika Lama, an Indigenous woman with a disability from Nepal. I serve as the Vice President of the National Indigenous Disabled Women Association Nepal (NIDWAN) and advocate for the rights of Indigenous persons with disabilities, particularly women, children, and young people. My work focuses on advocating intersectional issues like disability rights, Indigenous rights, gender equality, climate justice, youth leadership, safeguarding, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) from grassroot to regional level.
